  劳动雇佣
 
  Labor Employment
 
  1.1招聘
 
  1.1 Recruitment
 
  公司根据业务的需求,招聘、雇佣员工,并严格履行国家法律、法规所规定的相关劳
 
  动雇佣条款。
 
  The company hires and recruits employees according to the needs of business, and strictly perform relevant labor employment terms regulated by national laws and regulations.
 
  本公司招聘员工及确定工资待遇,不因种族、肤色、宗教信仰、性别或而给予不同的待遇,而根据个人的才干及贡献作为招聘员工及工资待遇的标准。所有员工机会均等。
 
  When recruiting employees and determining wages and treatments, the company will not provide different wages and treatments according to the race, color, religion and gender, but recruit employees and provides wages and treatments according to staffs’ ability and contribution. All staffs enjoy equal opportunity.
 
  1.2录用通知
 
  1.2 Offer Letter
 
  面试合格后,公司将录用通知送达候选人,说明候选人在公司将从事的职位、薪酬福利待遇,以及其他雇佣条款等。收到录用通知后,候选人需在规定的时间内向公司确认是否接受;
 
  After one person passed the interview, the company will send the candidate an Offer Letter in which the position, wage, social benefits, other employment terms and so on will be elaborated. After receiving the Offer Letter, the candidate shall confirm the company whether he will accept it or not within the regulated time.
 
  公司有权查询确认候选人所提供的个人信息的真实性及在以往工作单位的表现;候选人在与公司签订劳动合同前,应与任何原有的雇主终止劳动雇佣关系;如未终止的,候选人与公司签订的劳动合同将被视为无效,由此产生的一切后果将由候选人个人承担;
 
  The company has the right to inquire and affirm the authenticity of personal information provided by the candidate and his performance in the previous working units. Before signing the labor contract with company, the candidate shall terminate the labor employment relationship with the previous employers; if it is not terminated, the labor contract signed between the candidate and company will be deemed to be invalid, and all the consequences incurred because of that will be born by the candidate himself.
 
  员工亲属、朋友介绍来参加面试的,应主动告知人力资源部,介绍人不得担任面试考核人,不能干预面试过程;
 
  If one person coming for interview is introduced by the relatives and friends of staffs, the introducer shall actively inform the HR department, and shall not act as a interviewer and intervene the interview.
 
  如无问题,将开始办理入职手续。
 
  If there is no problem, the candidate will start to handle entry formalities.
 
 
  1.3入职办理
 
  1.3 Handling Entry Formalities
 
  新入职员工持《录用申请书》(Offer)到人力资源部报到并办理入职手续;
 
  The new staffs holds the Offer Letter  to HR department to check in and handle entry formalities.
 
  填写《员工入职登记表》;
 
  Fills Staff Entry Registration Form 。
 
  提交各种相关证明材料包含但不限于(身份证、学历学位证明、职称证明、专业技术等级证、离职证明、健康证明、公司所需要的其他证件或资料等),复印存档备查。员工应如实地填写个人资料,并对此负责,一经核实存在虚报事项的,公司将立即与其解除劳动合同,并不予任何经济补偿;员工个人信息如有变更,有责任在变更之日起三天内书面通知公司,这些信息包括:户口地、家庭住址、身份证;联系方式及电话号码;婚姻状况;紧急通知人姓名及其他个人信息;
 
  Submit all kinds of relevant evidentiary materials, including but not limited to (ID card, educational certificate and degree certificate, title certificate, professional skill grade certificate, employment separation certificate, health certificate, and other certificates or materials needed by the company, etc.), in order to copy and file them for reference. Staffs shall faithfully fill personal information and be responsible for that. The company will immediately terminate the labor contract, and will not provide economic compensation upon finding false information. If there are any changes about the personal information of staff, he has the responsibility to notify company in writing within 3 days from the day when the information is changed. These information include registered permanent residence, home address, ID card, contact details and phone number, marital status, emergency contact name and other information.
 
  签订《劳动合同》及《保密及竞业限制协议》文件;
 
  Signs Labor Contract, and Confidentiality and Non-competition Agreement.
 
  领取门禁考勤卡;
 
  Gets an access control and attendance card.
 
  分配座位、邮箱,并领取相关办公用品;
 
  The new staff will be allocated seat and email address, and fetch relevant office supplies.
 
  员工前往招商银行办理工资卡,并将卡号、开户行信息告知人力资源部;
 
  The new staff goes to CMBC to open a card as wage card, and tells the card number and the information of opening bank to the personnel of HR department.
 
  公司按照《劳动合同法》有关规定为其缴纳社会保险。因个人原因不能将保险关系转移到公司,致使公司不能缴纳社会保险者,员工本人须填写个人声明,其后果由个人承担;
 
  The company will pay social insurance according to relevant regulations in Labor Contract Law. If the company can’t pay social insurance as the insurance relations can’t be transferred to the company due to personal reasons, the staff shall fill a personal statement stating that the consequences all be born by himself.
 
  人力资源部通知相关部门经理,由其安排新员工到所在部门报到;
 
  The personnel of HR department notifies the relevant department manager who will arrange the registration of new staff.
 
  参加入职培训;
 
  Participates in induction training.
 
  签字确认《员工手册学习确认单》。
 
  Signs Employment Handbook Learning Confirmation Sheet for confirmation.
